Preety Dhanjal is an accomplished Academic Director with over 27 years of experience in international language education, teacher training, educational leadership, and academic consultancy across the UAE, Oman and India. She leads EEC's academic vision, quality assurance, and programme standards.
She holds an M.Ed. in Leadership and Management and a Master of Arts in English Literature and Language, and is an internationally Certified Master Test-Prep Trainer, TESOL-IV, and ESL Trainer. She is committed to building and delivering high-impact, globally recognised training programmes that empower educators, strengthen academic leadership, enhance institutional performance, and support sustainable educational excellence in diverse, multicultural learning environments.
With an MBA in Marketing and an ongoing Doctoral research, our Co-founder and Managing Director, Mr M. A. Tariq, brings a unique blend of strategic thinking and academic depth to the education sector. His expertise lies in leadership in education - supporting institutions, educators, and leaders in building purpose-driven, future-ready learning organisations.

Raseena Parveen is a Master Trainer and Assessor with extensive experience in training delivery, assessment, and educator development. As a CACHE-approved trainer and assessor, she supports the delivery of internationally recognised qualifications while maintaining high academic standards for learners' success.
She holds advanced qualifications in Training and Development, Learning and Development Management, and Instructional Design, as well as a Master of Philosophy, along with a B.Ed in English and Science. With a strong focus on structured learning, facilitation excellence, and professional assessment practices, Parveen is dedicated to developing competent, confident, and future-ready educators.
An experienced Trainer and Assessor with a Master’s degree in Psychology, specialising in the delivery and assessment of qualifications within the Early Years sector. With a strong understanding of child development, learning behaviour, and inclusive practice, she supports educators in developing the knowledge, skills, and professional confidence required to work effectively with young children.
Teresa Lohman
Internal Quality Assurer
Teresa spent many years managing an early years settings in the UK.Her wealth of experience and knowledge across her extensive early years career fully equips her to support students throughout their learning journey. Whilst working in the early years sector in the UK, she obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Early Childhood Studies & achieved Early Years Professional Status.
Brenda Nicholson

Brenda has worked in the Health and social care sector for over 20 years, With hands on experience of teaching and assessing Early Years courses, she has a wealth of knowledge to guide professionals in their teaching and learning journey.
